1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If we make an error, or if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.
- Claim Window: You must report any defects or damages to us within 5 days of delivery by emailing us at support@vkestore.in.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement ⚠️: To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package opening from its original sealed courier packaging, along with clear photos of the defect. We cannot process claims without this video proof.
2. Size Exchanges and Change of Mind
- No Returns for Incorrect Sizes: Because each item is custom made on-demand, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size or change your mind. Please carefully review our size chart listed on the product page before placing your order.
- Measurement Tolerance: Standard apparel items have an industry-acceptable size tolerance of $\pm 0.5$ inches. Variations within this limit do not qualify as a defect.
- Color Variations: Minor variations in color may occur between your digital screen display and the physical printed fabric. These variations are standard in custom printing and are not eligible for a refund.
3. Failed Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, incomplete contact information, or failure to accept delivery, the courier will return the package to our facility.
- In such cases, the order will not be refunded.
- If you wish to have the package re-shipped to a corrected address, you will be responsible for covering the secondary shipping costs.
